By rail, the TGV travels from Paris to Toulouse from where there’s an easy link to Najac.

Having spent two weeks at Le Mel last yea we decided to return for a week this year. Having had such a wonderful time previously it was difficult to see how the house could be improved.
However the addition of a large terrace area with ample comfortable seating has provided a an excellent place to relax at any time the day,
The outside kitchen area now has electricity supply and sink with running water.
It is obvious that the owners Inga and Simon take great pride in this property with everything geared to making your stay as perfect as possible.
I can't recommend Le Mel highly enough. I

We spent two weeks at Le Mel to celebrate my 60th birthday. Our party consisted of 9 adults aged from 16 - 63 and four children aged 19 months - 11 years.
Trying to find accomodation which ticked all the boxes was a challenge but Le Mel exceeded all our expectations.
The owners Inga and Simon were extremely helpful from the moment we first contacted them and did everything to ensure our holiday went without a hitch.
The house is large and very tastefully modernised whilst still retaining it's character, it's a place where we really felt at home. Set in the middle of the French countryside with a large garden Le Mel provides the ideal location for a relaxing holiday.
Despite the rural setting there is plenty to keep everyone occupied, everything you could possilbly need is provided, inluding books, dvds, games consoles, bicycles, table tennis, darts, boules, and of course a swimming pool and barbecue.
