    Nestling on a hillside, the converted stone barn and swimming pool have breath-taking panoramic views.
    The barn has been beautifully restored retaining its traditional rustic character and is set in 7 acres of meadowland in a secluded rural location.

    Sleeping up to 8 adults + 3 infants, designed for families & friends, the rooms are both spacious and comfortable. The gite, private pool, dining terraces and gardens are all south facing and on clear days the views from the balcony and pool area stretch out as far as the Pyrénées Mountains some 270kms away.

    Whilst combining style and comfort, the accommodation is also spacious at 116m ² of floor area on one level. The main space forming the kitchen, dining and lounge is open-plan (42m2). The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range style, large fridge and d/w. French doors lead from the dining area to a balcony with steps down to the cottage garden and upper dining terrace.

    Access: The property has level access throughout, including level threshold, wide doors and a large walk-in shower/large bathroom. Whilst the internal accommodation is fully wheelchair accessible, the gardens are sloping with some steps so family/friend assistance will be necessary. Driveway and front entrance area are level (gravelled).

    * SPECIAL OFFER * Discounts are available per week in Low Season on bookings for groups of 2 to 4 people.
    During High and Mid season, the changeover day is Saturday arriving from 3pm and departing by 10am. In Low season we are flexible on dates and arrival times. Hot water, heating and fire-wood are all included.
    NOTE: The outdoor swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30 September. The pool is equipped with passive solar heating so may also be open in May and October - depending on the weather.

    Ferry: Le Havre: 522.0 mi
    By plane, car or train. St André de Najac is less than 1 & ½ hours drive from either Toulouse or Rodez Airport and between 9 and 13 hours drive from the Channel ports via the A20 Motorway. The nearest channel ports are Le Havre, Caen or Dieppe (LD Lines, P&O ferries) and we recommend staying somewhere halfway to break up the journey. Whether driving from the ferry ports, arriving by train or flying & hiring a car, we will send you detailed local directions when you book.

    Toulouse city airport (Toulouse-Blagnac) has daily cheap flights (EasyJet) from London Gatwick, Bristol, UK and Paris all year round. Between April and October, Toulouse connects to other UK/Irish airports from Cardiff, Birmingham, Norwich, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Edinburgh and Dublin.

Excellent house and garden for children and adults. Stunning views and many places of interest nearby, without lots of tourists. The hosts were welcoming and anticipated our needs, providing all the necessary gear for young children and baby. more

Le Combal is a gorgeous gite with spectacular views in a lovely area of France. We stayed at the gite with my parents as well as our 3 young children. It was very relaxing, and the kids had a ball.
