This stunning three-bedroom two-bathroom 'Lola' model townhouse is luxuriously furnished and finished throughout, with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own sunny terraces, a fitted kitchen and lounge dining room. Located in a quiet residential area close to the small town of Ciudad Quesada in Rojales near Torrevieja and Alicante, the community has its own gated entrances and offers 2 beautiful pools set in a small garden area, which is directly overlooked from the villa.

Just a short walk to all local amenities and a five minute drive to some excellent golf courses and the beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar as well as the larger towns of Torrevieja and Elche, this property is an ideal holiday home for families, couples or groups.

The villa was very well presented with the shared pool absolutely ideal in a thoughtfully constructed enclave of villas. We were parents bringing teenage daughter and friend, married older daughter, son in law & 6 month old baby. The separate upstairs/downstairs bathrooms were ideal and the upstairs bedrooms, both with balconies, meant that privacy and sunshine were available for the 3 different groups. The only drawback was proximity to the beach - not really that close, and limited teenage nightlife locally. Torrevieja was a bit far away. Definitely needed a car. Absolutely excellent if you want limitless sun, a lovely villa with on-hand owners to advise and help, and a friendly ex-pat community. more

Luxurious finish throughout, including pre-installation air-conditioning in the first floor bedrooms and marble floors. The Ground floor has 1 double bedroom (with powerful overhead fan), bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and lounge/dining room. The 1st floor has a double bedroom (with king-size bed), a twin bedroom and a bathroom with luxurious corner bath/shower.

There is also a large south-facing sun terrace on the 1st floor off the main bedroom and a second sun terrace off the twin bedroom which boasts magnificent views over the pools and gardens. The main bedroom and twin bedroom have own air conditioning units.

Notes to the rental rates

1. Rates are per week (7 days and 7 nights). Contact for long weekend prices.
2. Check in from 4pm on arrival, checkout by noon on departure unless by previous arrangement. Deposit of £100 per week required to secure the booking, with balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3. £100 returnable security deposit required as insurance against breakages and damages. Please note that this deposit, if paid by cheque, will be cashed prior to your arrival and returned following adequate checks made after your departure. If paid in cash on arrival, the same process will apply - refund made by bank transfer or cheque - to suit tenant.
4. Airport Transfer can be arranged at an additional cost, as can the supply of basic food/drink for arrival.
5. Rates include bed linen and towels.
