This place is tiny but crammed in are all the things you need to be comfortable while on vacation. Comfy bed, electric kettle, A/C, and a clean "euro" bathroom--postage stamp size and you will get EVERYTHING wet when you shower, but it's standard for Greece and much of Europe.
The neighborhood is the best. It is easy walking distance to almost everything you came to Athens to see and yet it is a quiet area with cute cafés and restaurants without the tourist crush of the Plaka. English is not as common over here but the people are so nice they will work with you. This was an area that made me wish I was staying long enough to be a temporary regular and pick up some Greek!
