“An idyllic rustic retreat”

We've stayed here several times as it absolutely beautiful. The house has everything to offer for both adults and children and is in excellent condition. The pool is lovely and there are a variety of seating areas to have a drink or dinner. There is a very good supermarket nearby, which has a great variety of products. There are plenty of excellent restaurants/bars within a 30 minute drive, which are all very child friendly. There are a variety of beaches nearby. There is a very organised folder, with details of restaurants, beaches, activities, shopping and sightseeing. I strongly recommend this property.

This is a scrupulously maintained, gorgeous property in a setting of outstanding natural beauty with uninterupted views. Lovely old farmhouse, with all the mod cons. Outside, the spacious rustic garden has plenty of shaded seating areas and a large swimming pool. This property is ideal for families with young children and teenagers (or both). There are some excellent restaurants within a short driving distance and the beaches are within easy reach. We have stayed at Quinta Amendoeira several times and would find it very hard to beat. Can't wait to return.
