    A small apartment block offering spacious accommodation for couples or families. Having its own large pool and walled garden & playing area. Recently totally refurbished, the apartment offers a large living & dining area with balcony. A fitted kitchen consisting of cooker fridge/freezer/microwave. Leading from the hallway are the two spacious bedrooms both with balcony’s (extra beds can be sited if required).

    The master bedroom is ensuite & the 2nd bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom from the hallway. This accommodation is in a well sort after location close to all amenities. The beach & centre are only 250 meters away. The apartment is positioned on the second floor, accessible by stairs only and is not suitable for wheelchair access.

    Both bedrooms are large rooms, recently refurbished to a high standard, which would accommodate extra beds /cots for children. These would be available for a small charge. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and their own balcony. The air conditioning which is on a meter (charged at 4 Euros per 10 Hours ) Smoking is only allowed on the balcony due to fire alarms.
    Bedding linen and towels all provided, except beach towels.
    Alarm clock in each bedroom, local activities guide, Local Maps,Mosquito Magnet, large Rang of Books, Dvds, CD's Smoking is only allowed on the balcony due to fire alarms.

    If there has been a previous client staying on the day of your arrival, entrance into the apartment will be around 2.00 pm (due to cleaning, if the apartment as been occupied on the day of your arrive)
