This is a private new apartment in the Cerro Gardens complex. IIt's nicely furnished and has washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. It's nicely situated looking down into the quiet cul de sac at the rear, where you can park a car and keep an eye on it. The owners are contactable and helpful.
It's walking distance to the main square, but older and unfit folks should be aware that there is a stiff climb up and down a stairway of 93 steps and it can be a bit hard going. Only problem was the lift going out of repair on our first day and still that way 12 days later. However, the flat is only one level down from ground level and the lift would only have been used to take luggage up on leaving.
Overall, highly recommended.
