The apartment is located 8 km from the sea and 3 from centre and is easily accessible by car or by bus (bus stop 100m). There are five restaurants / pizzerias within a radius of 200-300m which have very good cuisine and are within walking distance. There are also two bars, a newspaper kiosk, a grocery store, a bakery, and an ice cream shop, etc. The nearest supermarket is 3.5 km away on the Via Livornese and is accessible by bus or by car. On the same street there are a discount store and a small shopping centre (4.5 km).
Excursions to Tuscan cities of art such as Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano or Cinque Terre can be organized. You can also go on horseback-riding excursions to Parco di Rossore, one of the most beautiful parks in Tuscany.
