Stayed from 18-20 December 2013 with a family of 5 (all late teens and adults).
We were originally supposed to check in at 19:00 on the 18th, but due to traffic through the Alps we didn't arrive until closer to 23:00. Serena waited for us with no issue, which was extremely kind of her. The apartment itself was beautiful, and larger than it appears in the photos. Everything was immaculately clean, the wifi was fast, and check-out was easy. There's a pizza place further up Cia Caraglio (turn left upon exiting the apartment building, then walk up two stoplights and turn right) that we ate at which was open late and very good. We ate the second night at Porto di Savona downtown, which was also good.
If you arrive by car, be prepared for difficulty finding parking. We parked on Corlo Carso e Nello Rosselli both nights. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, depending on traffic. more
