Piazza Emilia is a very cosy, modern furnished, quiet, small apartment with a big balcony not far from the city centre and Central station (station of airport buses). The accomodation can be arrived from Central station by trolley bus 92.
There are a double bed and a sofa bed in the apartment in same room (the double bed is partly separeted). The kitchenette (also in the same room) and the small bathroom is well equipped and clean.
The owner is friendly and helpful, he contacted us immediately after our reservation. He recommended us a great pizzeria in walking distance from the apartment. :)
This accomodation is highly recommended, we really liked it.

Some suggestion:
Sofa bed was not comfortable enough...
More blankets and some bigger cups.
