    Additional Location Information
Corniglia is the third village of the Cinque Terre and, really, that one that has conserved in a better way its originality; indeed, is not a case that, walking in Corniglia, you can meet for example local vineyards and participate with them to the activities of the everyday life, maybe tasting a great glass of wine.
The originality of Corniglia is also in its position: the village is not located directly on the sea like the other villages of Cinque Terre but it’s located in a suggestive cliff, about 80 mt. above the sea level: this position allows to enjoy from Corniglia.

We were 2 couples who wanted to explore the trails in the area. We booked in advance 2 units (if you want to book a place in one of the villages, you must do it as soon as you can). Corniglia is without doubt the most beautiful village in Cinque Terre. Since it is higher than the other villages, the... more

We stayed in apartment MARE for three nights in May 2014. Corniglia is in the middle of the 5 villages and perhaps the quietest. It is lovely, just make sure you catch the little bus when heading into town from the train station (otherwise, lots of stairs for you). The apartment was adorable and well-appointed and very clean. We had... more
