Just one point of clarification for North Americans who may not be aware of how a building's levels are named al over Europe: the Ground Floor = 0; Next Floor Up = 1; etc.
In this case, 1st floor means two short flights of stairs, but it is certainly not difficult to access unless you use a wheelchair. Nice security system with gate at bottom of the stairs.
Note: some of the spaces are used for businesses such as lawyers. Very quiet over the weekend. In fact, no noise at all.....
Loved the access to two local food shops, especially the larger which was closed for a holiday on the day we arrived, so it was a nice surprise to discover on Saturday!!
NOTE: didn't try the bus, but taxis from the station seem to run in the 8 to 10 Euro range. On the return, waited by the...
