    DESCRIPTION

Explore this 2,700 year old city and stay in this newly refurbished apartment with modern design and multicolored theme. Ideally located in one of the most ancient areas in the historical center of Rome. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 20th century building with elevator, (there is a 9 step staircase going to the apartment). A real steal and value for money accommodation in Rome. Allow us to help you make your stay in the Eternal City one of the most memorable Holiday in your life.

    NOTE:
-You don't have to worry with some rude Italian neighbor's complaining of tourist's presence in the building (as usually the case for many apartments here). This apartment is S.C.I.A. registered and has a license to operate as a vacation rental in the City of Rome.

This is a wonderful place to stay while in Rome. While on a busy street, so near to many things to see, the apartment is in the back of the building, so the only noise comes from neighbors, not the street. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable. (Not always the case in Italy.) We were able to sleep well, not something that always happens in Rome (several locations where we have stayed in the past have been extremely noisy - it is a busy city...) The kitchen, while small, was extremely well equipped, complete with a dishwasher, another rarity in Rome! We were able to make ample dinner for five and serve it on real plates with real glasses. (We have stayed in places where the dishes are plastic.) The manager and owner were wonderful and met us on arrival to explain how everything worked and to make restaurant and bakery recommendations. They were extremely helpful. We were even given a bowl of fruit, drinks and slippers - a wonderful touch so we could rest... more

Management response:
