The apartment, which has parquet flooring and is drenched in ample natural light, is located on the second floor of a residential building (with elevator). It has private terrace with table and chairs, where to unwind after an endless shopping spree or a long workday.

    Additional Location Information
The apartment is located in a quiet, elegant area perched on a hill steps from Rome’s historical center and St. Peter. The neighbouring streets offer plenty of groceries shops, restaurants and bars. Moreover, it is a short walk to famous Villa Pamphili, the via Aurelia - one of the most ancient tracks of the Roman road system - Monteverde and the Gianicolo, which has in store some of the most spectacular views of the city.
The building sits along the so-called Piccolomini perspective, which is largely renowned for the peculiar views of St. Peter’s Dome.

    Something you might find useful:
The best place where to have breakfast, enjoy a snack or a healthy smoothy: Bar Gianicolo, in Porta San Pancrazio. You can walk there, crossing Villa Pamphili, or take bus 984 in via Piccolomini.
The best Sicilian pastry shop in Rome: Pasticceria Svizzera-Siciliana in Piazza Pio XI. The easier way to get there is to walk down via Piccolomini and then to take via Anastasio II (on the right).
