Located behind the Pantheon, the location of this studio apartment is ideal. It does not have the hubbub of the Piazza del Rotonda, but is convenient if your goal is to make your touring walkable. The apartment clearly has been carved out of a larger space with an add-on of a modern, really nice bathroom and an "instant kitchen" completely in a large cabinet. We only used the kitchen for the kettle and cups and the refrigerator. It is stocked with frying pans, plates and bowls, some work bowls and a stove top espresso maker. You could easily use it for an at-home breakfast or lunch. The apartment is clean, airy and pretty comfortable. It would be too small for 3 people, I think, unless the third is a child. The only down side of this studio is the long climb up two flights of steps (58). We are 60 somethings and found the going okay except those last 8 steps! The landlord, Remy, is on the premises.
