    A completely renovated apartments (loft style) at the last floor of a XVI century building with a great
    view right in the historical centre of Rome, at walking distance from world-known Piazza Navona. It has
    a bedroom, a living, a kitchen (50 m2) and it is quiet and sunny with wooden beam ceilings and
    parquet floors.

    It is fully equipped with air condition and heating, wi-fi connection.
    There is no elevator. We require a minimum stay of 3 nights. The check-in is between 9 am and 8 pm.

    Airport: Ciampino: 12.4 mi
    Railway: Termini: 3.1 mi
    Ferry: Cicitavecchia: 49.7 mi
    Most airlines fly to rome. The Ciampino airport hosts Ryan Ait, Easy Jet and other budget companies.
    To reach the apartment from Fiumicino International Airport,
    you can take the train from the airport to the central train station (Termini).
    This is not the only train departing from the airport, so please make sure you
    board the right train. The train takes approximately 40 minutes.
    The train ticket is 14 euro, while a cab from the airport is around 50-60 euro.
    There is also a 40 euro flat fee from the airport (plus extra charge for baggage) but
    ask for it to the cab driver before leaving.

My wife and I recently rented the one bedroom apartment for a one week stay in Rome and we did experience a whole range of problems. Firstly on arrivel there was no one at the apartment to meet us and it took many phone calls and some considerable time to gain access to the apartment. On the day that wearrived the weather in Rome was humid and 36 centigrade and hiking our suitcases up the 87 step access to the apartment left us totally soaked in pespiration and ready for a cold drink. Unfortunately the refrigerator in the apartmnent was broken so no cold drinks ! Then the promised wifi internet connection did not work and then in the evening we lost all power to the apartment and were just looking for a hotel to move into when Francesco the owner remembered a second electrical fuse box that a previous owner had fitted in a kitchen cupboard and we had power again, thank goodness.
