Description:
Appartamento Ariele F is a bright 60-square-meter (about 646 square feet) apartment which sleeps four people. You will be in a central area of Rome, only 1 km (about 0.6 mile) from Stazione Termini (Termini Railway Station). The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and elevator.

You will have a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living-room furnished with a double divan bed, and a kitchen, all at your disposal.

The place

The apartment is on the third floor of an elegant building with an elevator. You will be 50 meters (about 164 feet) away from one of the ancient doors of Rome, called Porta Maggiore, and you will have a view of the ancient walls built by the Emperor Aurelius to protect the city.

Even the building where you will stay is part of the modern history of Rome and dates back to the beginning of the industrial period. It is actually an old mill which has been restored to embrace elegant homes. Shape and size have been preserved from the original building.

In the surroundings you will have boulevards lined with trees and large streets. Supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants are all at hand.

The apartment is part of a group of ten small apartments which have been restored as vacation homes and which are all on the same floor of the building. You will find that furnishing is elegant and cozy with pleasant and coordinating colors with everything you need to have a comfortable and nice stay: elevator, air-conditioning, satellite-dish TV, electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, oven, and fridge with freezer.

You won’t need a car during your stay at Appartamento Ariele F since there is a bus stop a few steps away.

The house

You will step straight into the living-room. From the living-room you can reach the kitchen and a small corridor where there are the doors of the bathroom and the bedroom.

The living-room is spacious and bright: There is a large window which takes an entire wall. Through the window you will have a 180° view of the neighborhood and of a stretch of the Ancient Roman wall.

In the living-room you will have two nice and comfortable couches, a table with chairs, a satellite-dish TV, and a small desk.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There are two large windows through which you will have a wide view of the surrounding neighborhood.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. In the bathroom you will also have a washing-machine/dryer.

The kitchen is well-equipped: you will have a four-plate electric stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, and a dishwasher.

The furnishings are new and modern, complete and well cared for in details: You will enjoy staying at this apartment during your Roman vacation!

Services

The apartment features LAN or Wi-FI connections whose use are free of charge. All you have to do is request the password to activate the service.

Also upon request is the availability of iron, ironing board, toaster, blender, hair dryer, DVD reader.

At Stazione Termini you will have the subway station and the main stop of city buses, which will enable you to conveniently visit this magnificent city!
