Appartamento Ariele H is an elegant 50-square-meter (about 538 square feet) apartment in the historical center of Rome. It sleeps four people. It is 1 km (about 0.6 mile) away from Stazione Termini (Termini Railway Station). It is equipped with air-conditioning and elevator.

It consists of one double bedroom, a spacious living-room with a double divan bed and a kitchenette, and also a bathroom with shower.

The place

The apartment is on the third floor of an elegant building with an elevator. You will be 50 meters (about 164 feet) away from one of the ancient doors of Rome, called Porta Maggiore, and you will have a view of the ancient walls built by the Emperor Aurelius to protect the city.

Even the building where you will stay is part of the modern history of Rome and dates back to the beginning of the industrial period. It is actually an old mill which has been restored to embrace elegant homes. Shape and size have been preserved from the original building.

In the surroundings you will have boulevards lined with trees and large streets. Supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants are all at hand.

The apartment is part of a group of ten small apartments which have been restored as vacation homes and which are all on the same floor of the building. You will find that furnishing is elegant and cozy with pleasant and coordinating colors with everything you need to have a comfortable and nice stay: elevator, air-conditioning, satellite-dish TV, electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, oven, and fridge with freezer.

You won’t need a car during your stay at Appartamento Ariele H since there is a bus stop a few steps away.

The house

You will step into a small entrance hallway where there are the doors of the bedroom and the bathroom and where you can also reach the living-room. Once inside the living-room, you will see in front of you a large window shaded by a blue curtain. The window takes an entire wall and through the window you will have an endless view of the surrounding neighborhood and of the green crowns of tall trees which frame the streets below.

In the living-room you will have a comfortable double divan bed, a table with chairs, an angle furnished with a small desk, a satellite-dish TV, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-plate electric stove, an oven, a fridge with freezer, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom has a double bed. A large window up high on a wall of the room faces the living-room.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a little room inside where you will have a washing machine which is also a dryer.

The apartment features bright and lively furnishings in beige and blue colors. Furnishings are modern, well cared for and complete: quite a pleasant place as your home during your vacation stay in Rome!

Services

The apartment features LAN or Wi-FI connections whose use are free of charge. All you have to do is request the password to activate the service.

Also upon request is the availability of iron, ironing board, toaster, blender, hair dryer, DVD reader.

Upon request and payment at the place is a garage box for your car, additional cleaning/change linen, laundry services and fixed telephone line.

A few steps away is also the bus stop. At Stazione Termini you will have the subway station and the main stop of city buses, which will enable you to conveniently visit this magnificent city!
