The building that houses Apartment Studio Ruffini is immersed within a  large manicured garden assuring  a rare tranquility so close to the heart of Rome, away from the usual traffic noises, this was the original style of the area, and one of the few remaining this way as most of the gardens have since been transformed into parking spaces for the residents. The building has a small elevator that takes you to the fifth floor location where you will find this attic style studio with its independent entrance on the terrace of the building.

There are two steps down to reach the studio where you enter directly into the kitchen living area, the space is divided by an open bookshelf with the spacious bathroom coming off the kitchen living area.

The roof has an attic style slanted roof on one side that slants down to the floor, however is at full height on the other side. The kitchen is equipped with a two burner stove top, a small fridge, an espresso machine complete with coffee pods, is well equipped with pots and pans and toaster so you can prepare snacks or a full meal on the dining table for two.

There is comfy sofa in this kitchen/ living space where you can watch the sat TV with BBC and CNN, this sofa bed converts to a sofa bed that could comfortably sleep one adult or child. The brand new and very comfortable king sized bed flips up to access the storage space for your suitcases to ensure that no space is wasted, and the large wardrobe along the wall gives plenty of space for your clothes as well as housing extra blankets. The newly renovated bathroom has  WC, bidet and a spacious box shower as well as a heated towel rack and hairdryer and a small washing machine.

The communal terrace area on the outside of the building has a washing line for drying your clothes. The windows are all within the ceiling that have remote controlled blinds with three settings, including total black out for those wanting to sleep late and the remote air conditioner assures a perfect temperature all year round. This property is a little jewel that ensures a perfect holiday for a couple - or - couple with young child who are seeking to enjoy a true Roman experience at a reasonable cost, without giving up any home comforts.
