From this privileged location, you'll find yourself within short walking distance to absolutely everything you wish to see and experience. This unique refurbishment by the architect/ owner, who's home this was for fifteen years, is immediately evident as you enter the apartment: a mix of high quality collectors pieces, custom designed lamps, door frames and handles. The furniture is both contemporary and traditional in style, mixed with the owners personal love of Japanese inspired furnishings, as well as several original works of art in each room:polished floor boards throughout the open floor-plan, create the perfect space for the interior of this comfortable apartment. The white walls have several featured cutouts where lights have been used for a relaxing atmosphere. The original nineteen twenties ceiling to floor glass walls have been retained by the old framework, both in the hallway and the kitchen,allowing plenty of light to pour into the apartment. The dining room features a spectacular marble topped oval dining table, which works perfectly with six 30's dining chairs, passed down by the owners family.

A built in wall to wall cabinet, houses the refrigerator and washing machine. The small kitchen corner on one side of the living room, although not large, is fully equipped, very workable with a heavy white marble bench and custom manufactured chrome fittings. The living room on the opposite side has two easy chairs which pull out with no fuss, molding into very comfortable relaxing sofas, as well as two featured antique chairs with silk embroidered cushions. A wooden wall unit with screens on both sides divides the bedroom and living space, a DVD player and large built in storage draws, separates the sitting room from the relaxing bedroom, which also has a uniquely designed fully smoked glass shower. On the opposite side of the apartment you will find a Japanese influenced bedroom, featuring an extremely comfortable futon bed for two people: when not in use this folds into a sofa sitting on two tatami mats. The second en-suite bathroom is also in white marble. There's also a convenient guests WC off the hallway. Apartment Condotti is for those looking for a special and memorable stay in Rome - a wonderful apartment to come home to, even if for a short time.
