Minutes on foot and your at Piazza Navona or the famous Campo dei Fiori daily open fruit and vegetable market, typically Roman, where you can mix with the locals and sample some of the delicious fresh produce on offer or just relax at one the outdoor cafes on any of the ancient cobblestoned streets, watching the daily activity. Cafe Eustacchio is around the corner and on any day you'll find queues of people waiting to sip a delicious coffee.

This landmark is renowned to have a secret added coffee recipe going back many years. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with no elevator and if you take it slow it's well worth the walk up; once inside you enter a wonderful space where your treated to spectacular views of ancient Roman rooftops and ornate church domes, each has a story, which you have either read about or imagined; something only the eternal city can give you. The owners of this bright and stylish apartment have been meticulous with the overall refurbishment staying mindful with their design choices at all times respecting the  original era of the ancient building. You'll enter a bright open living space with terracotta tiled floors throughout, thick walls  with an antique styled finish; the beamed ceilings and the occasional exposed bricks have been retained in keeping with the Roman style. The added touches of modern amenities, have been carefully chosen; quality fittings in both bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and all the windows have been replaced for modern easy to use larger double glazed windows, taking full advantage of the views. There's a good mix of old and new. A double brass bed is featured in one of the spacious bedrooms and the first bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub as well as shower. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be used a double and there's a second bathroom with an overhead shower. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and also has a small extended eating area opening into the living area with dining for six people. There's a comfortable sofa on the opposite side of the living room where  you'll find a double sofa bed for two people. We rate this apartment as a special find in a perfect location.
