Fourth floor: There is a combined living and dining room with couches [one of which is a sofa bed suitable for one], chairs, a plasma TV [local channels only], and a table with chairs, as well as access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, and dishwasher. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower.
Upper level: A spiral staircase leads up to a loft overlooking the living room.

The apartment is located in Rome's Historic Center on Via Giovanni Giraud and is within walking distance of Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, and the Pantheon. Surrounding the apartment are many different shops, restaurants, cafes, and markets. The Historic Center is where you'll find many of Rome's most famous monuments including the Trevi Fountain and the world-renowned Piazza di Spagna, home to the Spanish Steps and the Barcaccia Fountain. The house where poet John Keats once lived and died is located at the bottom of the Steps and is now a museum open for tours. Some of the most famous fashion streets in Rome start from or near the Piazza di Spagna, including Via Condotti, home to some of fashion's most glamorous designer boutiques. The apartment is also within easy walking distance to the Colosseum. Buses are available along the nearby street Via del Corso, one of the most important since classical times, and the nearest metro station is "Spagna."
