Quiet & comfortable flat in a Naples' central area

  • Property description
    Condo/Apartment –
    1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 5
Located in a fantastic safe area of Napoli, close to the National Archaeological Museum and few minutes walk from the famous Via Toledo.

Firstly, it's a XVII century building and very secure in a fashionable building called Palazzo Montemiletto.

The flat is on the first floor (which is second floor to North Americans!) with lift/elevator. The private apartment consist: one bedroom, a livingroom with sofa-bed and and kitchen corner, a bathroom (with shower and washing machine), a terrace with a little garden (the garden is shared with my close flat).

All around there are many shops, markets, one resturant and 2 pizzeria.

Come stay at our favourite place in the city - our flat in Napoli! It's taken us a while to find such a nice place to live and we think you'll love it, too...

"Naples is an exciting city that can both delight and challenge the senses - we knew we would need an oasis of calm to help us make the most of this experience and David's flat was perfect for providing this! The flat is set in an interesting building with some history. We loved the way the noisy street was quickly left behind once we were through the enormous gateway and in a private and secure space that gave us insight into how people can live calmly among the city chaos. We absolutely loved the ambiance of Davide's flat and felt privileged to get a chance to live there even for a short time and we quickly felt 'at home'. The garden is a terrific asset in the city too and we made the most of the opportunity to sit among the lemons and eat and drink in the sunshine - lovely! The flat has everything you need as a traveler and we particularly appreciated there being some basic stores for us to use (oil; salt; pepper; sugar; herbs etc). This is a small detail that m... more

We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed it. The flat is at the back of the building, well away from the road (and the associated noise). There is a lovely garden with a big palm and a lemon tree - quite unexpected on the first floor! The furnishings are old-fashioned (in the positive sense of the term) and the...
