    This apartment is in the Apollo 14 building which overlooks the Arenal beach near the centre of Calpe. It is a popular apartment block due to its situation. It is only 100 yards from the beach and only a 5 minute walk into the Centre of Calpe.

    This two bedroom apartment is ideally situated in Calpe. The large balcony has stunning sea and beach views and it has recently been glassed in so you can either have the balcony fully closed, fully open or partially open. The dining table on the balcony allows you to eat al fresco or just enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching to world go by.

    This two bedroom apartment is ideally situated in Calpe. The large balcony has stunning sea and beach views and it has recently been glassed in so you can either have the balcony fully closed, fully open or partially open. The dining table on the balcony allows you to eat al fresco or just enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching to world go by.
    There is a double bedroom with an ensuite and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. The bedrooms and lounge have sliding glass doors that go out onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and all necessary cooking utensils are there should you wish to cook at home.
    There is a separate and private utility room with a washing machine and drying facilities. We also have a flat screen TV with satellite TV.

    In addition to the rental rate a security deposit of £200 is to be paid. This will be returned once an inspection of the property has been completed on your departure. It is payable on booking as it also acts as a reservation deposit.

    Rental payment is due at least 6-8 weeks before your departure as this gives us plenty of time to clear funds and to send you the keys for the property with all relevant details.

    Keys must be returned upon your return to the UK.

    Payment can me made by cheque or by bank transfer.

This apartment ticked all the right boxes for me and my family. Clean, spacious with wonderful sea views and central to everything as Calpe is quite spread out. The actual location of the apartment couldn't have been any better, just a few steps away from the lovely sandy beach. There is also free underground parking which was an added bonus as we hired a car and explored the neighbouring resorts! Would recommend this to anyone. more

Very well kept apartment in a very well maintained quiet complex. Very secure complex with friendly concierge about all day. Underground car park space is a bonus as parking very difficult in Calpe, and car always cool. Apollo 14 is in an excellent position in Calpe with good walks, bars and restaurnts, along sea front in both directions. Excellent restaurants towards old town - recomend Calpe Steakhouse, Porque y no and Le Jardin, also lots of fish restaurants at harbour. Also made very welcome in Delfin English Bar (also very good food)
Beautiful views from the huge balcony, with very comfy wicker seating and sofa. Glass front which can enclose balcony would make this apartment very comfortable during cooler months.
Owner Rachael and her parents could not have been more helpful when we booked very last minute, to escape the british weather, and gave us lots of good information about the area.
