Obligatory final cleaning fee: 60 euros

Security Deposit:

Refundable deposit for bookings of less than a week: 200 euros
Refundable deposit for bookings of less than a month: 500 euros
Refundable deposit for bookings of more than a month: one monthly fee

At arrival, guests will be asked to pay a security deposit as a guarantee for damages with credit card. This deposit will be refunded automatically 48 hours after the end of the stay.

+20.00% for christmas and new year eve, 7 nights minimum stay.

Booking payment: 25%.

Balance: Cash/credit card upon arrival (Payment in Cash is entitled to a 2% discount).
