We loved our time in this roof top apartment. The views were spectacular. The location was very good, as easy access to Prado & other museums in one direction, and the palace in the other. Would be lovely to return. The stairs were a challenge for old knees but I knew that so just took things slowly.
The flat is small but clean and comfortable, very peaceful and lovely views over the rooftops - a restful place to come back to at the end of the day (or even in the middle of the day when the feet were a bit tired!) Great location, we walked everywhere and enjoyed feeling part of the city. Booking was straightforward...

Regarding the missing/broken blinds, they were taken by the windstorm just before check-in and I was unaware of the damage.
