We stayed here for 4 days in July - there were 7 of us including 2 small kids and my parents.
This is easily the most beautifully decorated apartment I have stayed in. The decor is impeccable and tastefully done with Moorish influences. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes walking distance to Av de la Constitucion and maybe 10-minutes to Calle Gran via De Colon. The bedrooms are nice, and the air-conditioning is powerful enough to overcome the high temperatures during summer in Granada. There is a wonderful bakery, a couple of cafe's, a pharmacy and a chinese grocery within a couple of minutes walking distance.
The Granada cathedral is quite close by and is spectacular. You can take a cab to the Alhambra or the Albaizin - these are plentiful and not very expensive (~10-12 Euros). We did not have much luck understanding the bus routes.
