This new, spacious apartment is situated in a quiet community on the edge of Cabopino Golf course, but only 15 minutes from the busy and lively centres of Marbella and Fuengirola. Beautifully furnished to a very high standard, it has a large terrace to enjoy views to the sea and over the communal swimming pool. It offers 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4 ) each of which has an en suite, plus there is an extra guest toilet. Underground parking with a lift to all floors, air-conditioning throughout, alarm system, safe, TV / DVD and a large terrace to enjoy views to the sea and over the communal pool. This apartment would suit everyone from families, couples, the elderly and golfers. Walking distance to Cabopino Port which has many excellent restaurants, water sport activities and a splendid beach.

My husband,, I and our daughter age 12 stayed here for one week in July this year...we wished we'd stayed longer! We enjoyed our summer stay so much we returned in November. This apartment is in a lovely little development in an excellent location.
