    The apartment is superbly situated in the lovely Erisa 1 complex in the Montemar district – this is a very popular area located on the border between Benalmadena and Torremolinos. The complex features very well maintained private gardens, swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and secure parking (with remote control electronic gates).

    The apartment is positioned on the ground floor with good access – it is easily accessible for mobility scooters / wheelchairs (no steps). The apartment has recently been refurbished and has been fitted throughout with new furnishings - It is very well presented and comfortable.

    Arrival time is normally after 2:30 pm and departure time is by 10:30am

    The changeover day for the apartment is normally a Sunday but out of the main season, the arrival and departure dates can be flexible depending on availability

    A 20% securing deposit is required at the time of placing the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. The weekly rental charge includes towels (not beach towels) and includes cleaning of the apartment, electricity and hot water.

    The apartment will be serviced with sufficient bed linen for your stay

    The apartment is in Montemar which is situated directly on the border between Benalmadena Costa and Torremolinos. To help with location, the complex is directly opposite the Rui Nautilus Hotel.

    It is 16km west of Malaga on the Costa del Sol, Southern Spain. As an indication, It is approximately a 5 minute drive to Torremolinos, 20 minutes to Fuengirola and 40 minutes to Marbella.

    A car is not essential but there is a secure car parking space if one is required - this is accessed via remote control electronic gates.

    Malaga airport is only a 15 - 20 minute drive / taxi ride away and there are excellent transport links between the Airport and the apartment.

We have stayed at this apartment on a regular basis in the last 2 years as it is situated in a quiet location and the accommodation is very well maintained It is close to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach is a short walk away. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family anytime more

Stayed here for the last two years now and will be coming back every year for sure. The apartment is newly refurbished & simply beautiful. The garden is immaculately kept & the pool is perfect. Only a few minutes walk from the stunning sea front & Benalmadena Marina. Don't see what more you could want. The apartment complex also has... more

Owned by a terrific family. Truly care for the property. Has been updated. Great area for beaches, restaurants, public transportation. You will not regret this choice. We go to this area often and this is our favorite rental. more
