    Perfect for skiing or summer, our apartment is 5 minutes from the ski lift and has a private residents pool (open mid-June to mid-September) and south facing terrace overlooking Mont Blanc for sunny days!

    One third of our guests come and stay again - both in winter and summer.

    The apartment sleeps 6-8. We can be flexible with regard to minimum stays and changeover days so please ask!

    We have 3 double bedrooms (all with joinable twin beds) a large open plan kitchen and lounge nearly 9m long, small bunk room with two bunk beds, and a bathroom and shower room. We are on the second floor and there is a lift.

    There is ski hire shop just below the apartments and plenty of transfer companies which run shared taxis from Geneva airport.

    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    Please note: Rates are quoted in pounds sterling and payments should be made directly to our bank account - details will be given once the booking is agreed. Payment terms: A booking deposit of 40% of rental fee is payable on reservation. The balance is payable 12 weeks in advance or immediately if sooner. Damages (except fair wear and tear) will be taken from an additional refundable security deposit of £400.

    Linen & towels also provided upon request; £15 pp per week (which includes bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bath mats). There is a £45 cleaning charge per stay.

    Our changeover day is usually Saturday, especially in high season. Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am.

    The private residents pool is open mid-June to mid-September.

This year was our second stay in this apartment. We enjoyed it so much in 2013 we booked up very quickly for 2014. The apartment sleeps 8. It was in a great location however as a consequence the traffic noise was pretty bad as the flat is situated on a busy noisy road. We were woken up regularly at 5am. The beds were really comfy. The flat is amazing- spacious and really centrally located a short walk from the ski lifts and from the centre of town with all its restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
