    Rates are based on a four person occupancy. Eight percent for each additional guest.
    Supplemental charges for shorter stays not outlined above are: 3 night — 20%; 4 night — 15%; 5 night — 10%; 6 night — 5%.
    Discounts for longer stays are also available: 2 weeks — 8%; 3 weeks — 10%; 4 weeks — 12%. (The month of August is not discounted more than 10%; holiday and festival weeks are not discounted.)
    A cleaning fee of 40 euros is optional; guests may choose to do the check-out cleaning list and will not be charged a cleaning fee.
    Security deposit is 200 euros. Small pets may be permitted but must be approved. One year old minimum. Additional 25 euro security deposit.
    A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement area and are available for an additional charge of 20 euros per week.
    A washer and dryer are available for two week and longer rentals. There is an additional charge for this option.

    This apartment is in an EXCELLENT location! Beautiful Lake Annecy is a short walk away! There is a Galeries Lafayette store, just one block to the east. There is a larger mall, including grocery store, and access into the pedestrian walking mall, just a couple blocks to the west. The train station is right on the other side of the mall and it's a ten minute walk to the apartment from the train station. The main bus station is also at the train station. We are walking distance to all. The bus stops across the street. There is also a private parking lot for the apartment building. This building has ten apartments; it's a nice small complex. Our apartment is on the first floor, but it's elevated by about six steps. This raises it enough that you feel secure that your windows are up high and yet it's very easy to get in and out with groceries and/or day trip gear.

We chose this apartment based on location and space even though there were only 2 of us. You could quite easily accommodate a family or 4 adults. The kitchen has everything for cooking should you require and we were even provided with a 'welcome' package of chocolate and ground coffee. The manager was more than helpful on arrival and corresponding with the owner easy and direct. The rooms are large. It is located on a busy road but with so much in easy reach you'd barely be there to notice. Bathroom facilities have a little 'rustic charm' but in an older building it's to be expected. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an apartment in Annecy. The added bonus of a car park on site takes the hassle away of staying in the old town too. Fantastic location with a short stroll to everything. more
