    Le Petit Moulin is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa/apartment located on the first floor/second story of the historic mill. It was just restored only two years ago to reveal the original stone walls and beamed ceilings of the historic mill. Grand balcony and glass french doors from master bedroom overlooking the olive tree and lavender gardens. Second bedroom, also a balcony with private stairs leading to your courtyard and private terrace and barbecue tucked next to the river.

    Each bedroom can be either king or twin depending on your configuration of group. The decor has also been completely redone with high quality provencal fabrics, furniture and antiques. Modern, updated fully equipped kitchen and baths.

    Rates include all bed, bath and kitchen linens and cleaning at the end of your stay. Achange of linens and a light cleaning is also included once per week for longer stays than one week (on a weekly basis only - two weeks three weeks, not included for 10 day stays). All bedrooms can be either kingsize or single beds. Cleaning products for dishes and clothes washing. You will be warmly welcomed with a nice bottle of loca wine and a big provencal smile.

    Railway: Avignon TGV: 9.9 mi
    Avignon TGV station (only 20 minutes), Avignon airport (15 minutes), Marseille Airport (45 minutes) Nice (3 1/2 hours). We are just off the autoroute A7. You can fly to Paris, and take the TGV direct from the airport to Avignon TGV or fly directly to Marseille, Avignon, Nimes or Nice. Rental cars are available at all locations. You can rent a car through www.kemwel.com or www.autoeurope.com.

Our hosts, Guy and Gaby, were most welcoming and helpful. The gite itself was cleverly arranged within an old flour mill. It was charming, tastefully furnished, very comfortable and well equipped. I have been trying to find the words to write an eloquent and worthy review of Moulin de la Roque! Guy and Gaby, their home, and property are all delightful in equal measure. The Moulin de la Rocque is a wonderful place in a beautiful location. It was somewhat difficult to find initially, but we were so glad we did.
