We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in Aug-Sept 2012. Location is great, as all the busses stop just next to the apartment (busses 100, 81 and 80). Local food market is available across street every Wednesday and Saturday, and on Sundays the antique market. The grocery shop Casino is next door and the tourist center is 2 minutes away. It is only 5-10 minutes walk to the old town and 15 minutes until the beach.
Great views from the balcony: amazing to wake up and see the blue sea with lots of boats or have a quiet dinner enjoying the night views of the sea in the moonlight.
Apartment is spacious, has all the necessary things for the comfortable stay (even umbrellas for the rainy weather!). Although some things need changing or renovation (bathroom, sofa covers, for instance), everything functions well. We specially liked the dishes (both new ones and in the provencal style) and easy-to-use dishwasher.
