We were a little surprised to find Villefranche so close to Nice. We should have looked a little closer to the photographs provided because we expected it to be a small village between Nice and Monaco. The apartment itself was very clean and the bed comfortable. The booklet put together for the apartment was very helpful and informative. I think...

RATES INCLUDE : Taxes, bed linen & towels (for 4 people), internet (WiFi), electricity & water.
EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT : 5% (6 months in advance);
A deposit of 30% is required on making the booking, the balance to be paid one month before arrival. On receipt of the deposit you will receive a Rental Invoice and Contract.
On receipt of the balance, directions to the apartment and contact details for meeting the apartment manager will be forwarded. The manager will have the keys and show you around the apartment. We provide a welcome basket with goodies to get you started and a complete book on all the workings of the apartment and what to see in the area. If you need us to fill the fridge before just let us know.
The rental rate includes bed linen, towels, internet and electricity. Cleaning and laundry on leaving the apartment is 100 euros per stay.
