I've just come back from this apartment and it served our need perfectly. The first week my wife was out there with my daughter and granddaughter, then the second week my son and I replaced my daughter who went and got married up the hill.
This was a good value for money place to stay and not a luxurious palace with a pool. But it had all we needed to serve our needs. The best point of place was how close it was to the center of the old city of Vence. The worst thing about it was how steep it was to get up there!
You can walk up the road access but its very steep, or you can climb the steps, which after a couple of days of going to get your "baton & cousins" you will realise why the French are so fit.
If there was ever a case for a "Stenna Stairlift" this this would be one.
The other plus point of this apartment is the huge balcony, the biggest in the block. There is a lift to get up to this 1st floor apatment. more
