    Discount available for stays longer than 1 week.

    Prices for short stays (a minimum of 4 nights) are available on request.

    A deposit of 25% is required up to 8 weeks before your stay to secure your booking.

    The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.

    Should you book within 8 weeks of your arrival then the full payment will be required.

    Payment can be made by bank transfer in Euros. Renters are responsible for all bank charges.

    A security deposit/holding cheque of £200 (€300) is required on arrival in case of damage, breakages or extra cleaning. The cheque will be destroyed upon satisfactory inspection and inventory check done during the end of stay cleaning.

    PLEASE NOTE that at least one member of your party MUST be 21 years old or more.

    Nice International Airport is situated close to the city. Inexpensive flights from the UK and other European cities are available with Easyjet, British Airways, Aerlingus, Ryan Air, BMIbaby and Air France.

    Bus number 98 runs every 20 minutes from the Airport, along the seafront (Promenade des Anglais) to the Nice Riquier bus station. The ticket costs 6 euros per person. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes and the nearest stop for the apartment is 'Congrés/Promenade' on the Promenade (approximately a 5 minute walk).

    Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the Airport which will cost approximately 35 Euros and is limited to a maximum of 4 passengers.

We stayed at Baquis last year , so no surprise we booked again for our yearly trip to Nice. The apartment is exactly as you expect , spotlessly clean and everything you need is there. As others have said it is so close to everything you need for a good holiday, supermarkets, public transport, markets and of course the wonderful Promenade des Anglais.
