We booked this apartment for our family which included a baby and one other young child, together with two grandparents. There was plenty of room for all of us, although we had to improvise a bit with the seating at mealtimes. I think it is anticipated that people will eat on the terrace, but it wasn't warm enough for us to do that, so we just brought some of the outdoor chairs indoors.
The apartment is well equipped and generally clean, although we had to mop the floors when we arrived and also through our stay to keep our crawling baby's hands and clothes reasonably clean.
We have visited Juan-Les-Pins before so it didn't matter to us that the apartment is about a 30 minute walk from the town centre. We discovered a very good bus service at the top of the road which ran to Antibes (we didn't make it as far as Cannes but there is a bus that goes there as well) via Juan centre.
