    This modern apartment (completed October 2010) on the 3rd floor of a prestigious residency (six floors in total) is tastefully fitted and furnished throughout to the highest standard and comfortably sleeps four adults.

    Set in a convenient and central location in the town (a one minute walk to the main square of Place General de Gaulle), the apartment is located in a particularly quiet position, on the internal side of the residential building, with no road (and traffic) directly outside.

    The good size, west facing balcony, overlooking the garden area, includes a dining table with four chairs, outdoor lighting and a sun umbrella and benefits from the sun from lunchtime to late afternoon.

    Rental prices are quoted in sterling. Payment may also be accepted in euros (contact us for a quote).

    Payment is preferred by bank transfer although we will consider suitable alternatives if necessary.

    A booking is secured on payment of an initial deposit of 25% and the balance of the rental is due eight weeks before the holiday start date. Bookings made within eight weeks of the start date will need to be paid in full, in advance.

    The rental price includes electricity, water, bed linen and the end of stay clean - although it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonable clean and tidy condition on departure.

    Towels for use in the apartment are not included in the rental price but may be hired as an optional extra at 10 euros a set per week (one bath and one hand towel a set).

    A security deposit is required to cover against damage, lost keys or the apartment not being left in a reasonable condition.

This is the sort of place you advise your best friends to stay in. Excellent in so many ways…location (a brief walk from the railway station, as well as town), comfortable, quiet, technologically friendly, and with UK television stations, so one may laugh for once at the weather forecasts. Very clean ,modern, bright and well equipped apartment in central location.Good security entry system making you feel safe.Very central 5 minutes walk to train and bus station,even less to shops and restaurants and the beautiful Antibes old town Ten minute to a choice of beaches.On site hosts who were there if required offering advice.
