    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    We will consider accepting up to three adults and a supplement of £80 per week will be added to the rental rate for an extra person if the sofa bed is required.

    The rental prices on the apartment are quoted in sterling for a seven night stay.

    Payment is accepted in sterling or euros (please request a quote first if you wish to make payment in euros).

    Payment is preferred by bank transfer, although we may consider alternative options if required.

    The rental price is inclusive of utilities, WiFi/Internet, an underground parking place at the residence, bed linen and the end of stay clean - although it is a requirement that the apartment is left in a reasonably clean condition on departure.

    Towels (for use in the apartment) are not included in the rental price but may be hired at 10 euros a set (one bath and one hand towel per set).

    An initial deposit of 25% is required to reserve the apartment and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

    A wide range of airlines fly into Nice airport including British Airways, Easyjet, BMI, Jet2, Flybe, Aer Lingus and Ryanair.

    The train station at Antibes is serviced by Eurostar as well as local trains.

    A regular bus service (No 250) operates between Nice airport and Antibes (8 euros a person at 2010 prices)

There are a number of reasons why I would recommend this apartment: Well managed by the lovely Lorna and Sarah; Security of apartment was very good; Lots of storage space and well equipped ; All electrical equipment was user friendly with clear instructions; Sun on balcony early morning and evening for sitting out on excellent balcony. more
