    RENTAL RATES FOR 2 PERSONS: Prices quoted are for 2 sharing. Use of Sofa-Bed will be an additional £30.00 per break/week.

    SLEEPING CAPACITY: The Apartments are ideally suited for 2 Adults; however a maximum of 2 Adults + 2 Children can be accommodated. Please note, there is room for only 1 Cot in Crocus and Bluebell.

    TERMS: 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. However, if the commencement date is 4 weeks or less then full payment is required at the time of booking. We also ask for a refundable security deposit of £50.00 to be paid with the balance/full payment.

    Payment to be made in £ Sterling (GBP) either by cheque drawn from any UK bank or by Credit/Debit Card using PAYPAL online secure payment service (preferred method for overseas visitors).

    Full Bed Linen, Towels, and Electricity (fair usage policy) included in the above rates.

    CHECKING IN on arrival day is from 15.00 hrs and CHECKING OUT on day of departure is before 10.00 hrs....

We were looking for a nice comfortable apartment not too far from London for a mid-week holiday and this fitted the bill. Unlike some other places we had been there was everything we would need (except a proper sofa would have been nice). Mr and Mrs Salvi were very accommodating and we would certainly stay there again. more

We had a lovely stay in the Apartment Crocus which was a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom and bathroom to the lounge/dining and kitchen area.
