The piece de resistance is the spacious living and dining room of the apartment. This is a much-coveted corner apartment on a high floor and there are four pairs of French doors which lead onto the balcony to stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, gardens of the Champ de Mars, and Parisian life below.On the balcony of our Sancerre apartment, there is a round marble bistro table and chairs which face the Eiffel Tower and overlook Paris.
The dining area is on the right as you enter the living area, with a beech wood table which expands to seat six. The white marble fireplace and mirror are original and add a feeling of coziness to the room. We think this is one of the most romantic and dramatic tables from which to dine in Paris, as you can also view the Eiffel Tower.
The kitchen is larger than most kitchens in Paris and has been remodeled in French country style. A full sized refrigerator/freezer combination, toaster, cappuccino maker, filter coffee maker, four burner stove, combination microwave/convection oven and every dish and accessory you need to prepare a French feast. The white tiles have yellow listels for contrast and there are tons of cabinets for storage. Also a washer/dryer.
