[14 hectares] This well-maintained, beautiful, romantic castle consists of a main building with a suite and different annexes. It is surrounded by a 14 hectare cultivated park. A stream called "La Cure" winds its way through the castle grounds. The land is enclosed and includes a private 9-hole golf course [par 68, driving range], a pavilion [with a fridge], and an asphalt tennis court. Various small terraces and seating areas are scattered around the castle. There is also a private swimming pool [9m x 4m, 1.5m deep] and parking space.

Main Building: The castle is tastefully decorated, partly with period furniture.
Ground Floor: A large entrance hallway with a staircase leads into a living room with a large fireplace.
First Floor: A second living room has a fireplace and stereo. There is also a large dining room with a fireplace, a library, and a kitchen [dishwasher, 2 fridges]. There is also a separate WC.
Second floor: The first bedroom contains a 140 cm standard double bed and has an adjacent bathroom with a WC. The second room has two twin beds and an adjacent bathroom with a WC.
Third Floor: The third room has a 140 cm standard double bed. There is also a bathroom with a WC. The fourth and fifth rooms each contain two 200-cm king-size beds [formed by combining two singles]. There is a second bathroom on this floor with a WC. There is also a games room with table tennis.
Tower
Ground Floor: The tower is part of the castle but has a separate entrance that leads into a living room on the ground floor.
First Floor: The sixth bedroom is round and contains a 140 cm standard double bed. This floor also has a bathroom with a tub, bidet, and WC.
This castle is located in Voutenay sur Cure in Burgundy, France. This is a small village with about 200 inhabitants, southwest of Auxerre and northwest of Avallon. Nearby Avallon is a town on a promontory, with wide streets and picturesque promenades. Here you can visit the 12th century church of St Lazare, the Tour de L'Horloge, and remains of ancient fortifications. Along the river Yonne, the once-fortified city of Auxerre presents one of the most beautiful urban landscapes in France. Sights to see include the gothic church of Saint-Pierre, the cathedral of Saint-Etienne [with stain glass windows and crypt containing the fresco of Christ in Majesty], the Romanesque bell tower of the abbey of Saint-Germain, and the clock tower in the upper part of town.
