We stayed here this past month with five young kids and two adults. The location is divine--located right in the heart of the pedestrian area in Colmar--the tour "trains" park right outside the building. The apartment was clean and had all that we needed and there was a grocery store downstairs. The apartment comes with a parking spot (1.8 meter height lot). The only negative was that we were charged for the whole week despite not being able to stay that whole time--which is frustrating since the cost for four nights would still be substantial to the owners. Also the deposit was incredibly expensive--which we got it back, so that's not an issue, but it's a lot of extra cash to pull out before staying and seemed a bit steep. But the owners were very accommodating about our arrival and departure times. I would DEFINITELY stay again.
