    2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 4
Ingleside Cottage combines the benefits of location in one of the most picturesque villages in the North Cotswolds, including the Bakers Arms that serves good meals both in the bar and restaurant, with close proximity to the shops and services of Chipping Campden. Situated in the lane running through Broad Campden, this 2 double bedroom cottage retains its flagstone floor, its old beams and leaded glass windows. Full gas central heating is supplemented by a realistic woodburning stove style gas fire in the inglenook fireplace. The enclosed peaceful garden has a patio area with barbecue and is remote from the hurly-burly of the 21st century. There is private off-road parking. Children over 5 are welcome and a dog is accepted by prior arrangement.

This room is dominated by the large inglenook fireplace and the many old beams. A very realistic woodburning stove style gas fire warms the room very quickly. The floor is laid with the original flagstones which are covered in part by an attractive rug. The old, leaded glass window is surrounded by stone mullions and the wall is of exposed Cotswold stone wall. There is an upright piano. A three seater sofa, arm chair and ladies chair, as well as a large pouffe, all add to your comfort. Television with Freeview, DVD player together with a cassette player/radio and a selection of games all combine to make Ingleside a relaxing ‘home from home’.

4 of us ( 2 couples ) stayed in Ingleside over a glorious sunny week where we ate all our meals outside in the very pretty garden . We also played croquet provided ! The cottage has been very well modernised while keeping the charm of the large fireplace ( shame not real fire but understand why )and the whole... more

Management response:

We are delighted that the guests enjoyed their stay at Ingleside Cottage and pleased to have been able to reunite cycle helmets with their owners! We cannot do anything about waste collection schedules but have ensured that there is a grey wheelie on site. more

On arrival despite the fact the cottage had been prepared for us we found 7 rubbish bags in the kitchen, 2 of which old food had become liquified, one even had a label on from previous occupant saying not our rubbish, we found mouldy bread in the bed bin, and mould and dirt in kitchen drawers, We did get a... more

Campden Cottages responded to the guests' phone call, went to the cottage and agreed immediately to refund in full. The guests were... more

A great little cottage, ideal for a couple or maybe 4 people. Only a short drive or walk into the lovely Chippen Camden. Not much room for parking if more than one vehicle outside the property but you can park down the road. The cottage it self is comfortable to stay in, there is also a piano in the living... more

Management response:

Delighted that you enjoyed the cottage and its location. more
