Very well appointed; nicely laid out with good views from all the rooms; generous attitude of Carol Lennox in providing basic food, tea & large towels etc. I was alone but the indications in what is provided within the property indicate a very understanding & welcoming approach to children. Huge & pleasant parking area.
Location outstanding with a glorious feeling of isolation yet quite close to civilisation. I really enjoyed the 7 mile scenic round walk from the cottage through peaceful farmland to the iron age fort on the rolling hills to the north.
