Some of our guests have told us this is the most comfortable bed they have ever slept in!

The apartment is located in the centre of Edinburgh, on the Royal Mile, close to many major attractions, and 10 minutes walk from Waverley Station and Airport Shuttle terminus. The apartment, which is on the first floor (one flight of stairs), is tastefully furnished and appointed to a very high standard, and has been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. It has gas central heating and free Wifi internet access. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The lounge is comfortably furnished, with seating for 4-5 people, including a corner sofa. It is equipped with TV, HiFi & Wifi internet. There is a small balcony off this area. The dining area includes a sideboard and large dining table with four dining chairs. The corner sofa converts into a large double bed.

My husband was skeptical of the accommodation and then David proved him wrong. The very warm welcome, the attention to details, the toys and books for Zoe,, the restaurants suggested, the attraction places within walking distance, the carefully arranged accommodation guide, the chocolates and sweets, the warm clothing for Zoe, oooooh, I could go on... David is/was a perfect host.... more

This is a superbly presented flat, very clean and with everything one could wish for in a holiday flat. It was very cosy to come back to after a cold days sightseeing. We were concerned when we rented this flat that the location on Cannongate would be very noisy. In fact, it was only noisy on Saturday night because of the pub on the ground floor, otherwise it was very quiet. The apartment is easily accessible from the airport by taxi, airport shuttle bus (the central terminus is 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment) or Lothian region bus (the slowest option, but also the cheapest, and it drops you within a few yards of the apartment).

Waverley Railway Station is approximately 500 metres from the apartment, approximately 10 minutes walk; alternatively, there is a taxi rank in the station.

The central bus station, near St Andrew Square is 15-20 minutes walk away.
