    The apartment is fully equipped for up to four adults plus one baby, with one double bedroom with zip/link beds (can be king size or twin), a double sofa bed in the living room and cot and highchair.

    There is ample storage for all with two roomy fitted wardrobes and a hall cupboard for suitcase storage.

    Gas, electricity, towels and linen are all included in the price. Washing up liquid, dishtowels, loo roll and washing machine tablets will also be provided.

I stayed at the apartment for almost two weeks -the flat was perfect both for work (University of Edinburhg) and walking the city. Susie was simply wonderfully helpful and so kind all through the stay and afterwards -additional paperwork I needed for my institution plus deposit refunded so quickly. Spotlessly clean. We stayed here for a week for the fringe festival. The flat was very clean and it's in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We are hoping to come back next year! more

My wife and I rented this property for 5 nights to rediscover Edinburgh and also to visit Muirfield for the British Open Golf. The apartment was comfortable, although the warm weather required the windows to be open when inside and, therefore, the traffic noise was quite significant in the living room.
