I stayed at this property for three weeks in November and December 2012 (I was in the area for work purposes), and would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Bath.

The house is newly renovated, well equipped and very clean. The decoration and furniture was well chosen and the interior very much as the photos make it appear (not always the case with some places I have stayed in the past!). For a small house, the kitchen was a good size and the living room perfectly comfortable.

The location was perfect for me, being only 3-4 minute walk to the centre of the city and the railway station. The walk to the house is uphill, but don't let that put you off, the views from the front of the house are magnificent, it was a joy to look out over the city in the early morning winter sunshine (there was some while I was there!).

The owner was very helpful on arrival, keys were handed over and the hot water boiler etc set up with the minimum of fuss.

Management response:

The property has two ways to access, front or back. The back has steep steps and is looked after as my resposibility. The front however is long and can be slippery in winter and needs to be taken carefully. However it is a shared access and discussion is currently taking place with the owners to alleviate this.
