    The Stables is situated in the beautiful village of North Stoke (once nicknamed the 'Secret Village'), surrounded by open unspoilt countryside and spectacular views of both Bath and Bristol. Set beside a Roman Road and on the Cotswold Way it boasts many fantastic walks so dogs are very welcome.

    The property is within the owners own grounds and the conversion was completed in May 2010 into a bright and spacious living space. It has a large open plan lounge with a wood burning stove (for those cosy nights in) and sky TV so you don't miss any TV favourites, with a well equipped kitchen and dining area.     2/3 night stay is charged at the cost of 65% of weekly rate.
    4 night stay is charged at the cost of 75% of weekly rate.
    5 night stay is charged at the cost of weekly rate
    25% of rent payable upon booking with the balance to follow 8 weeks before stay.
    A refundable £150.00 security deposit is required with final balance.
    We can accept payments by cheque in GBP.
    All linens and towels are provided. If your stay is more than 1 week, new sets of both will be provided on a weekly basis.
    Guests will need to vacate property by 10.30am to allow change over at 3.00pm.

    Follow the A46 into Bath. Then follow the A4 heading west towards Bristol. !/2 mile after passing Royal Victoria Park take the right hand fork on to A431 Newbridge Road and follow this road through the village of Kelston. 1/2 mile further on take a right hand turn and drive up the long hill into North Stoke. Turn left at the top and then take the next left hand turn down a unmade track. The Stables are located the 2nd gate on the left.

Stayed 6th dec for 3 nights with another couple for my husbands 50th birthday, Lisa the owner was very helpful and had no problem with putting up banners and balloons for the birthday boy, arrived in the dark and it was a little difficult to find but rang Lisa who guided us in. Stayed here over the October half term with my partner and my son and a fantastic time was had by all. The Stables is beautifully furnished with White Company bedding and toiletries and such attention to detail. The hot tub was fabulous and we enjoyed star gazing even on the cold evenings. From start to finish we enjoyed everything the barn and surroundings had to offer. We had a hot tub before breakfast every day and hit the pool every afternoon or evening. Regular donkey visits were the order of the day for the children (6 and 9), with some tennis matches in between. The weather was great throughout our week too... more
