    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    A deposit of 30% of the rental fee is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance of 70% is to be paid in full eight weeks prior to commencement of stay.

    Should the booking be made less than 12 weeks in advance, full payment shall be required immediately upon booking.

    Any cancellation made by the Client for whatever reason must be in writing with proof of receipt. Over 56 days notice - 30% deposit retained.

    Between 56 - 36 days notice - 50% deposit retained.

    Less than 36 days notice - Full cost of the rental withheld.

    If it is possible to re-let 50% of the re-let income will be refunded to the Client.

    £45 booking fee.

    Payments received via bank transfer, cash or cheque.

    A small fee will be charged for check ins or check outs outside of office hours.

What an absolute gem! The tiny frontage of this place gives you no warning of what it to come. Three levels of beautifully fitted out, functional living. We stayed here with a set of parents, our 2 young children and my brother-in-law. The house offered just the right mix of privacy and communal space. The kitchen is really well made with top notch appliances. We mostly ate out (Jericho Tavern - great for a drink or a meal to name one of many excellent places within 5 minutes walk), but did use the kitchen form time to time. Jericho is a great location within Oxford, and this is about the best location within Jericho. Loved our stay here and would definitely be back. more
